The next major problem connected with vapes and vapers is they create a lot of waste, both from nicotine and from gums. Smokers who make an effort to quit via this method will often have problems with depression, anxiety and weight gain. The electronic cigarettes market therefore includes a lot to worry about. There exists a large amount of evidence linking the electric cigarettes and heart disease, and now the WHO is telling everyone to stay from them.

Along with all the known health risks, there are also many disadvantages to smoking cigarettes. For example, people who have a lot of health conditions will see that their conditions worsen when they start smoking. For example, people that have asthma will find that their condition becomes much worse when they start smoking as the chemicals in the cigarette will irritate the liner of the lung and increase inflammation. Also, smokers who’ve problems with their teeth or gums will see that when they quit smoking they can no longer properly manage their dental health. It seems that the worst part about smoking and using e-cigs is that they don’t completely fix one’s health issues.

By quitting, you’ll experience many health benefits and also have less cravings for nicotine. But, do you really want to know what the best way to quit smoking is?
